I am so happy you're here !
I'm Ana, a movement and mindfulness trainer. Fascinated about our body's resilience and ability to heal and guide us in this experience called LIFE, I use body awareness practices such as yoga, pilates, breath and dance to help you reconnect with your body, learn to self-soothe, release tension and simply feel great - because that's ultimately what we're here for, right? ;)
This summer I invite you to join me for some special drop-in movement sessions on the beach so you can indulge in the beauty of our renowned "Silver Coast".
Classes are open level, beginner friendly, all ages welcome.

They are donation-based (give whatever you feel our time spent together was worth).
​
You don't need an actual yoga mat, but I do recommend you take a towel, as well as a water bottle.
