YOUR COACH FOR A SAFE TRIP
In a previous life, a graduate of Science-Po Paris, I was in charge of communications for large multinationals. In this life that I thought was normal, I had a series of chronic physical disorders (inflammation, tendinitis, migraines...) and psychological ones (anxiety attacks), not to mention of course the daily pressure. The race for success, an omnipresent need to be “perfect”, to succeed and control everything. This life ended on a bed in the emergency room, completely knocked out, forcibly stopped by the doctors, because it was unthinkable for me to disappoint anyone - starting with myself. Does this story speak to you?
Today, I learned to reconcile with myself, to respect myself and calm down. I learned how to take care of my body, my mind and my soul. I had no idea what it was like before the blackout, me the perfect little girl who did everything to please her parents and her employers. I have spent years in pursuit of wellness, testing a myriad of experiences and practices. I read dozens of books, attended workshops and seminars, traveled the world to find inner peace and serenity.
Now, my mission is to accompany women who are going through situations of exhaustion, lack of meaning, to help them BE and FEEL before wanting to DO or HAVE. If your heart tells you, mine is wide open to help you.
