A deep reconnection to the elements of water (in contact with the Atlantic Ocean) and earth (through this high energy place that is the medieval village that will welcome you).

An unforgettable stay in a small group (8 places only) in the heart of one of the 7 wonders of Portugal, a historical paradise worthy of fairy tales! The village of Obidos, elected second most important historical monument of Portugal, was the dowry of all the Portuguese Queens. Serenity and softness emanate from this place... it exudes an extraordinary feminine energy.

You will be accommodated in two traditional 18th century houses adjoining the wall, with gardens and terraces, overflowing with charm, decorated in the typical Portuguese style, fully privatized

You will be accompanied by two coaches, Ana and Andy (discover them below), passionate about movement and body wisdom, who will each transmit their respective complementary approaches to you.

Daily yoga sessions, walks and self-connection exercises with your feet in the water and in the earth to rebalance your energy field, guided relaxation, free time in the heart of a timeless village

Body awareness workshops and awakening of the senses that will make you dive into the heart of your body, release blockages through movement and fully incarnate yourself in matter

Moments of connection with the energy of the ocean to cleanse you, gently purify and reconnect with your inner mother (sea)

8:30 a.m.: hot lemon water / herbal tea
9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.: body awakening session, connection to the elements

12:00 - 13:00: free time
13:00 – 16:00: daily workshop

In Óbidos, Village of the Portuguese Queens, of my childhood and my marriage, 15 minutes from the ocean and 5 minutes from theAlmaterra Conscious Resort❤️
You will stay in two charming 18th century houses which have been fully privatized. From the top of its hill, this pretty entirely pedestrian village will captivate you with its energy and the particular serenity it emanates!

*Transfers can take place by bus from the airport, by taxi or even by rental car (I suggest that you get in touch as soon as you register so that you can organize the rental of 2 cars for 8 participants and thus pool the fee - this is the easiest and fastest option). The journey from the airport to Óbidos is 40 minutes by car and includes a toll of 4.95€.

Ana Gouveia
Of German-Portuguese origin, Ana embodies both the Portuguese way of life and German rigor.
Former ballerina for 15 years, it was after a burnout and serious physical problems that she converted to yoga, pilates, mindfulness and meditation.
It is on this path that she will guide you towards more self-love and serenity.
She is also the founder ofArmoniah, school of internal harmony and self-awareness.
Andy Spits
Some see him as a shaman, others as a healing coach. Andy is above all fascinated by the living and the study of movement.
Former martial artist and professional dancer, deeply connected to nature and particularly with horses, he will take you on a gentle exploration of your body.
He will also be at your disposal for private sessions to release emotional and physical blockages *
