Hello everyone, my name is Ana. In a previous life, I had a series of chronic bodily disorders, intestines, tendinitis, migraines, etc. I was also a fairly nervous and anxious person before finishing KO on a bed in the emergency room of a hospital in Brussels. But that was another life.
 

I then started to work on myself in order to heal these wounds which led me to be so demanding with myself. I started to accept myself and love myself for who I was, to talk to myself more gently, to give myself rest, moments of "idleness" (I'm still working on it :-)

Today, I learned to reconcile with myself, to respect myself and to appease myself. I learned how to take care of my body, my mind and my soul. I had no idea what it was like before the blackout, me the perfect little girl who did everything to please her parents and her employers.
